Start Being the Person You Want To Be
Our mindsets and thought processes determine how we perceive our world and our experiences. It is widely known and accepted that our reality is really what we make of it. Our thoughts are what cause us to act and react, along with determining what we believe our capabilities are.
Some people believe that the way we think is what gives us our lives as we know it. Others believe that the world around us is what shapes our existence. The truth lies somewhere in between.
It is true that how we think brings about most of what we have and who we are. Our manner of thinking is what starts chains of events that lead us to where we are in our lives. But the other side of this is that our thoughts are not the only influencing factor on our existence. There is also a lot of unconscious activity that is going on all the time in reaction to our surrounding that affects the way we feel.
It has been proven that our being is much more far-reaching than we previously thought. Our unconscious mind controls and processes more bits of information than we can count, and when we think about it, we realize that the energy that runs through us and makes up our being is the same at what makes up the rest of the universe. We really are a part of our surroundings, and we can use that bigger picture to become a happier and better person.
There are things you can do to remove negative feelings from your mind when you experience them, and you should grow experienced at doing them successfully. This will allow you to remove negativity from your life whenever you need to.
The first thing you should do is to take a step back and look at what you are thinking when you start to feel negative. Notice any labels you are putting on yourself. Be open and honest, and ask yourself whether these labels are accurate, and if they encompass everything about you. See what they are leaving out, or how much more than those labels you really are.
Taking a few minutes to relax and allowing your consciousness to grow and roam is a good idea here. You can seek out the universe that you are a part of. This will allow you to look for better answers and enlightenment that will give you a more positive view of yourself. This will also help you to be happier. You will find it easier to make it through your day, and each time you do this exercise it will become faster and more automatic until you are almost always bettering your view of yourself.
Consistently give yourself new heights and states to achieve. Anyone can do this, and by striving to see yourself in a better light every day, you will always be on your way to becoming a better person.

I appreciate your thoughts here. fighting negative thoughts is a constant struggle these days, maybe more than ever before, because our society had gotten so competitive. Just my thoughts.
A lot of this is lost in that huge percentage of our brain that isn’t used or lies dormant. My psych professor in college was also a researcher of psychic phenomena. He says so much of our abilities are locked away in our brains, forcing the small portion of our brains that does work to work harder.
